Origami Anthro Dragon by twistedndistorted Origami Anthro Dragon by twistedndistorted
Just got the idea so I decided to do an Origami Anthro Dragon which was adapted from a normal Origami Dragon ([link]). It was made from 5 diferent papers for more details (2 for the hands, 2 for the legs, 1 for the head). I also made wings from 2 separated papers because original wings were too small and I made the chest plates with another paper.

Fact: The hands and the feet are made from a base which can be made into an origami dragon, also I literally decapitated an origami dragon to do the head (the same dragon which can be made from the hands & feets)

Comments will be appreciated :D

Really nice piece, just a shame you used lined paper, would have looked lovely in a marbled green or purple :)

At that time I only had some lined paper with me but yes it would look great in color. Maybe I should do it again i color.

Yeah, you should definitely have another go. I had a try at the one on the link you posted but got a bit stuck when it got to the head lol

Someday I will try it again. It would look a lot better in blank paper instead of lined paper. The head is a bit weird, i think there is a tutorial in youtube that shows you how to fold it.

This one is more complicated since it is a mixture of different papers. the claws, legs and arms have been modified from another diagram which also is the same as the head (from the book genuine origami by Jun Maekawa, very good book by the way). The body is an adapted internet model which can be found in the artist comments. So really this have been a mixture of modified models so I dont think I will be doing any kind of tutorial for this, sry.
